CERAMIDES & HYALURONIC ACID
You may recognize Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and ceramides from many skincare products. They are very legitimate ingredients if used properly, both topically and orally. The tricky thing is though, not all ingredients are created equal.

Without getting too scientific, HA exists in different molecular weights. Some of these are cheaper and used for topicals for their better absorption into skin from the outside, and others are more expensive and better for oral use. We use the patented, vegan, oral form of HA at the clinically researched dose shown to improve dry skin and reduce wrinkles.

We also use a specific form of ceramides that are beneficial via oral administration to support skin moisture.

Hair, skin, and nails (HSN) products have been around for decades, but all along these products have been formulated with zero purpose. The idea behind every other HSN product is they jam it full of random amounts of vitamins and minerals because your hair, skin, and nails are made up of these vitamins and minerals.

Problem is, these will only improve your hair, skin, or nails if you are deficient in one of the vitamins or minerals. Most of the population is not. Plus, if you are already taking a multivitamin then you absolutely don’t need anything in typical HSN products.

The only typical vitamin that has shown to be beneficial for larger populations is biotin, which we use at a dose in Renuvia that can be beneficial by itself, but also can still be combined with TruMulti. A 2016 study showed that 38% of women complaining of hair loss also tested as being biotin deficient, which is quite significant, and why we included in our formula. Back in 1990 a small study was performed showing those supplementing with biotin had significant (25% increase) in nail thickness.
